Potential guests compare offers across an average of 15 different websites before making their final booking. After we analyzed the user journey in real time, we developed a digital strategy and implementation for Accor in order to maximize room booking in different Hotel chains like Ibis, Pullman & Sofitel in UK, Ireland, France, Spain & Portugal

We developed a tailor-made PPC campaign combined with several email campaigns to increase conversions. All campaigns are continuously optimized to identify the optimal approach for each customer cohort and improve campaign performance.

In order to recover booking cancellations and re-engage with those who abandon the website before completing their booking, we used email remarketing solution. Personalized emails are automatically created to provide each recipient with an email that’s relevant to their specific buying decision. Each user is individually addressed and motivated to complete their booking
